The “Theme team” rhymes with “dream team” and that’s not coincidental. Our talent base spans many skill sets and has worked with myriad industries to provide clients with a range of capabilities that can tackle virtually any project.

Just like Liz, the proposal consultants at Theme follow proposal best practices endorsed by APMP. Liz and our consultants boast a combined 50 years of direct proposal experience. Our consultants are not only project managers for your proposal, they are also skilled writers that can be self-directed or work with your subject matter experts to write content that answers proposal requirements and is responsive to your customer’s needs.

Why do we have so many designers on our team? It’s because of the importance we place on the visual appeal of your documents. We not only create stunning graphics that look great, but studies have shown that 90% of information transmitted to the brain is visual. All designers are skilled using the latest graphic design tools on both Apple and Windows environments, and can work within your style guide parameters to ensure that our work is a natural extension of your graphic identity.
