In addition to her passion for the written word, Jeannie also believes in the power and efficiency a standard process can bring to an organization. In fact, by facilitating meaningful process improvements, Jeannie was able to increase one company’s win rate by 30% in just one fiscal year. She is an advocate for cross-collaboration and shared information to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and overall company identity.
Previously, Jeannie helped companies create internal shared libraries of knowledge and content, in addition to creating easy-to-use templates for both Word and PowerPoint. She’s also created Excel spreadsheets and other RFP metrics for better tracking and analysis of win and loss rates.
Jeannie holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Rutgers University. In her spare time, she leverages her experience in graphic design to provide design support to the animal rights organization No Dogs Left Behind. Additionally, she participates in Take Steps walkathons dedicated to finding a cure for Crohn’s and Colitis, an autoimmune disease she was diagnosed with at the age of 21. She enjoys taking advantage of working remotely and travels to different states with her husband and dog to enjoy new scenery from behind her laptop.
