Kim has been a Virtual Executive Assistant for small business owners since March 2006 and brings more than 20 years of corporate experience to the Theme team. She has helped business owners manage their “busy-ness” more effectively so that they can focus on their business. 

Kim focuses on Theme’s calendar management, correspondence, CRM, customer follow-up, and meeting/event planning so that our customer-facing team can focus on our clients’ success more directly.

Prior to providing Virtual Executive Assistant services, Kim was a Vice Chairperson for the AAU Missouri Valley Athletics, where she was responsible for coordinating District competitions and ensuring the successful operation of the Missouri Valley District. She also served as a Commercial Loan Operations Officer for 7 years and provided Customer Service for Air Associates Charter, Inc.

Kim’s strong focus, organizational skills, and innovative approaches to everyday tasks and problems help to keep our team on target and productive. We always appreciate  her patience in teaching us about a new process and answering questions that we’ve asked her a thousand times before!

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Rockhurst University. In addition to helping our team stay afloat, Kim enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
