One of our faithful Proposal Management experts, Kim ensures that our writers, designers, and clients stay on track with each proposal they develop and assesses those proposals for compliance and effectiveness.

Before joining Theme, Kim worked for a large educational technology company as the System Administrator/Manager of their Qvidian knowledgebase, where she managed 90+ licensed users, developed training materials for SMEs and writers, and maintained content records. Kim built, managed, and updated RFP content libraries; developed and conducted user training sessions; and established rolling content audits to assure content relevance.

In prior positions, Kim facilitated all aspects of project management for proposals, from RFP analysis to project planning and final production. She also developed comprehensive project plans and led project teams to ensure timely and persuasive bid responses.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and English from Towson University. She currently resides in Maryland where she enjoys going for strolls by the water – and when she’s in deep waters, you’ll probably find Kim scuba diving!
