Liz founded Theme Strategic Proposals in May 2017 after five years of proposal management experience. Her experience ranges from architecture, engineering and construction to IT services and litigation defense. Liz has prepared proposals submitted to 30 Fortune Top 100 companies and to more than 75 government agencies and municipalities. Her passion for helping clients navigate through the information needed to prepare a compliant, responsive, and persuasive proposal is shown in her attention to detail in all work. Liz applies Shipley methods and strategy to proposals and has her Foundation Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

When not managing proposals, Liz serves APMP as the Local Engagement Co-Chair for APMP’s Greater Midwest Chapter (GMC) and previously served the chapter as Communications Chair. She has been recommended as a proposal consultant by government Procurement and Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) and is regularly engaged to teach proposal best practices to small business owners, marketers, and business developers at colleges and industry events.
